ORDERING FROM ZAZZ GUITARS
An initial deposit is required to start your custom build. Once your deposit is received we will work together planning and designing your perfect musical instrument using whichever communication methods you prefer: (in person, phone calls, video chat, email, etc.) After the planning process is finalized and all specifications are agreed upon, you will receive a price quote and projected completion date. Your deposit is refundable at anytime during the planning process if you decide to cancel your build. Zazz Guitars reserves the right to cancel an order at anytime and will refund your deposit if we decide to do so. NOTE: Sending a deposit constitutes an agreement to the terms and conditions specified herein.
THE BUILD PROCESS
Once we start the process of actually building your custom guitar or whamola, the deposit becomes non-refundable and you will be notified before we start. We are happy to give you updates along the way of how things are coming along so you can watch your creation progress from start to finish. You will be along on the journey and we welcome your involvement. Any major changes in the design or specifications of the instrument that you want to make after your price has already been quoted will add to the final cost of the instrument.
SHIPPING
Once your instrument is completed the remaining balance plus shipping and handling charges are due before we can send it to you. The product can be paid for in installments or one lump sum. Instruments shipped in cases are subject to the cost of the case. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. If the balance owed is not paid in full within three months of notification of completion you will lose all rights to the instrument and it will be sold to cover costs.
REFUNDS AND WARRANTY
Zazz Guitars offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product send it back in its original condition undamaged and intact, and we will refund the cost of the instrument. You will be responsible for covering the cost to ship back the instrument. Any returns not shipped within 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. Products must be in condition to be resold therefore certain unique features that were requested by the customer (such as personalization) may be considered non-returnable. Zazz Guitars also offers a one year warranty on its custom built products.
Any product that is sold “as is” such as “scratch and dent” instruments with minor cosmetic issues are non-returnable and will not be covered under warranty.
